Window Tinting FAQs
How long does window tinting take?
Most vehicles are completed in 2–4 hours depending on the number of windows, film type, and vehicle complexity. We’ll give you an accurate time estimate when you book.
How long before I can roll my windows down?
Keep your windows up for 2–5 days after installation to let the film fully cure and adhere. Rolling them down too early can cause peeling or lifting at the edges.
Will tint affect GPS, cell signal, or radio?
Our carbon and ceramic film options are specifically formulated to be signal-transparent — no interference with GPS, cellular, or radio. We’ll always recommend the right film type for your vehicle.
Do I need to be present during installation?
You don’t need to stay for the whole appointment. As long as we have access to your vehicle, you’re free to go about your day. We’ll let you know when it’s complete.
Can you remove my existing tint first?
Yes. Applying new film over old tint compromises adhesion and clarity. We fully remove existing tint and prep the glass properly before installing fresh film. Old tint removal may involve additional time and cost — mention it in your quote request.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and surrounding areas across Northwest Arkansas. If you’re not sure whether we cover your location, just ask in the quote form.
Can I get my car detailed and tinted at the same time?
Yes. Diamond State offers professional mobile car detailing alongside window tinting. A lot of our customers combine both — get the tint done and leave with a fully detailed car the same day.
